Common questions

Do you offer ongoing monthly support?

Yes. In addition to per-hire pricing, we offer monthly retainer plans for businesses that hire regularly — starting at $199/month for up to 2 hires. Switch to the Monthly Coverage tab above to see all plan details.

Can I choose different tiers for different hires?

Yes. Each hire is priced independently. You select the tier when you submit — no lock-in, no commitment.

Is there a contract or monthly fee?

Per-hire pricing has no contracts, no subscriptions, no minimums. Monthly plans are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime.

How long does the process take?

Most new hires complete the process within 24–48 hours of receiving their link. Gold tier includes priority processing for the fastest turnaround.

How are documents and personal information handled?

All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. First Thread Ready permanently deletes all documents 7 days after delivery. You are responsible for storing the file per USCIS retention requirements.

What does my new hire experience?

They receive a secure link and complete a short, guided process from any device — no account required. It typically takes about 10–15 minutes.

What if a document needs to be re-submitted?

If a document is unclear or incomplete, we contact the new hire directly and request a re-upload. You don't need to get involved.
