What exactly does your service include — and what doesn't it cover?
We specialize in new hire identity verification and I-9 compliance documentation. Specifically, we collect your new hire's documents, complete I-9 verification, store your job application on file, and deliver a clean, audit-ready package when everything is done. We do not handle payroll setup, benefits enrollment, job posting, employee handbooks, or training programs. If you're unsure whether something falls within our scope, just ask.
What happens if my files are audited?
Every file we deliver is organized, complete, and verified — specifically so you're prepared if your records are ever reviewed. We structure each package to meet I-9 record-keeping requirements. If you receive notice of an audit, you'll have a clean, ready-to-present file for every hire we've processed. We recommend storing completed files in a secure, dedicated location as soon as you receive them.
Is it safe to have someone else handle my new hire's personal documents?
Yes. All documents are encrypted the moment they're uploaded and are only accessible during the review process. Everything is permanently deleted within 7 days of delivery — nothing sits on a server indefinitely. Your new hire's information is handled with the same care you'd expect from any compliant HR process.
What does my new hire actually have to do?
They receive a secure link by email and complete a short, guided process from their phone or computer — no account needed. It takes about 10–15 minutes. They upload their documents, fill in their basic info, and that's it. We handle everything after that.
What if my new hire doesn't complete it right away?
We send them a reminder automatically if they haven't started within 24 hours. On Silver and Gold tiers, we follow up with them directly so you never have to chase anyone down.
Do I need a subscription or long-term commitment?
No. You pay per hire, only when you need it. No monthly fees, no contracts, no minimums. You choose the tier that fits each hire individually. Monthly retainer plans are also available if you hire regularly.
